Position: Program Director – ICF

Description: Supervision of residents and staff.  Duties include develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans for residents; coordinate financial, medical, psychological, and social services; maintain records; supervise/train staff; complete monthly scheduling; carry out policies and procedures of agency.  May need to work on the floor to maintain adequate staffing.

 Qualifications:4-year degree preferred, or ability to obtain. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Proficiency in database helpful. Prior experience in Developmental Disability preferred. Strong organizational skills, supervisory skills, and ability to lead staff a plus.
