Open Door Center is seeking Part Time Direct Support Professionals 

Shifts: Evenings & Weekends

Location: Various locations throughout Valley City, ND

Summary: Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Apartment Settings: include 1 – 3 individuals residing together with staffing of a 1-2 DSPs.  These sites are typically less personal care or behavioral care intensive.

Level and type of care must be provided in a manner consistent with the Individual Service Plan.

• Starting wage with no experience in ISLA settings is $14.00/hr (flex hours) or $14.75 /hr (Part Time)
  • wage may vary if you are under 18
• hours typically are 4-9p or 4p through the overnight to 8a (sleeping on site)
• 2 – 4 weekend shifts a month
