Seeking positive, caring, motivated individuals to work in one of our intermediate care facilities (group homes).

DSP’s will provide support for persons in a group home setting.  Staffing is provided usually in 2-4 person teams.  DSPs will assist with Activities of Daily living (ADL’s).

Open Door Center is seeking Full Time Direct Support Professionals to work with Adults with disabilities in their home and work settings. The role of DSP is to support individual with special needs with all aspects of life, including health, personal cares, therapeutic, educational, recreational, and leisure activities, to achieve the best health and life possible.

The ICF atmosphere allows the person supported to pursue  normal living experiences in a homelike environment.  Day Activity program emphasizes exposure and reinforcement in activities of daily living which include communication skills, self awareness, physical and emotional development, and skill development in preparation for entry into a work activity program.

Full Time hours Available: 6a – 4p or 3-10p or 4-1130p – wage with no experience begins at 17 – $17.50/hr

Part time in all shifts available – wage with no experience beginning at $15.50/hour if over 18 (under 18 begin at $15.00)
