Position: Program Director – Lisbon, ND
Description:
Supervision of residents and staff. Duties include develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans for residents; coordinate financial, medical, psychological, and social services; maintain records; supervise/train staff; complete monthly scheduling; carry out policies and procedures of agency. May need to work on the floor to maintain adequate staffing.

Qualifications:4-year degree. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Proficiency in database helpful; superior interpersonal and organizational skills; prior experience preferred.
