Are you someone that has a positive attitude? Do you want to make an impact in the life of someone else? Open Door Center in Valley City provides services to individuals in their own home. These support services assist the individual in maintaining their own living arrangement in an integrated community setting.  Individuals in these settings are encouraged to refine their social and community skills.

Day Activity program in Valley City assists persons to work in a supervised setting with an emphasis in skill development, prevocational training and appropriate work behaviors.
