What You’ll Do
Stay awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Provide assistance with nighttime routines, including personal care, mobility support, and medication reminders as needed.
Monitor and document residents’ needs, behaviors, and any incidents during your shift.
Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
Communicate important updates to the day staff to ensure seamless care.
