DESCRIPTION: Supervision of persons and employees within our agency.
Duties include: Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring individualized plans for residents; coordinate financial, medical, psychological and social services; maintain records; supervise/train staff; does monthly scheduling; carry out policies and procedures of agency. Other duties as outlined or assigned. Flexible schedule that will include approximately 20 hours a week working evenings/weekend
Qualifications: Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred, experience in other disability areas considered; driver’s license required; proficiency in database helpful; superior interpersonal and organizational skills; prior experience preferred. 4-year degree or ability to obtain one a plus.
